Getting Ready for Sicily

Everyone,
We're getting ready for another travel adventure.  We are heading to Sicily for four weeks and then spending four days in London.  We leave Toronto on February 21 and arrive in Palermo on February 22.  We will be staying in Palermo for a few days and then stopping at Erice, Modica, Syracuse and Taormina, with a number of day trips in-between.  Our first eleven days will be spent with our friends Vicky and David from Ottawa.  On March 22 we fly from Catania to London and then return to Toronto on March 26.

We are looking forward to warmer weather, lots of history, good food (lots of seafood!) and adventure.  Allan will be Alonso for the Italian part of the trip.

Please subscribe or just check our blog from time to time to follow our adventure.  I'll try to do the first post from Palermo on February 23, once we have a chance to settle in.
